Below are some key verses the students learned and discussed regarding the sovereignty of God!

* Phil 1:6, “He who began a good work among you will complete it by the day of Christ Jesus.”

* Phil 1:29, “For to you it has been granted for Christ's sake, not only to believe in Him, but also to suffer for His sake.”

* Phil 2:7, speaking of Christ, “... but emptied Himself, taking the form of a bond-servant, and being made in the likeness of men.

* Phil 2:13, “for it is God who is at work in you, both to will and to work for His good pleasure".

The students are learning about theology and the character of God and how He works, in Christ, through the Holy Spirit!
