Dear Fellow Church Colleagues & Ministry Partners in Christ with whom I share in the glory of God’s work…!
This past week I have been wonderfully blessed. I taught “Ecclesiastes,” always making sure that I shared the gospel of Christ. The conditions were cold and brutal, from a winter perspective, with loss of heat and electricity due to the war. But the class itself and fellowship was wonderful. Tomorrow I leave for Chernivtsi (Feb 24-26) to teach “Philippians,” then to 2 other locations to minister to military folks and meet, as the Lord leads, to hospitals to pray with wounded soldiers. God is wonderfully busy in my life!

I preached in 2 churches on Sunday, February 22. The 1st was at the “Chudei Baptist Church,” in Ukraine, preaching on Psalm 148 and Psalm 90:12. I met the leaders of the church, and the ladies were very kind and gracious to me. Both sets of passages relate to one another and reinforce the teachings in Solomon‘s “Ecclesiastes.” Wherever I go in the Ukraine, Ukrainian Christians are dedicated in their faith.

My 2nd church sermon on Sunday evening, the Izhivtsi Baptist Church, located in Igest, Ukraine. This is a refugee church resulting from the war. In oth services, I am careful to articulate salvation by faith alone in Christ’s death, burial, and resurrection, as well as the subject of our eternal security, of course integrated with the sermon message (Psalm 148 and Psalm 90:12). With me is my translator Yuri Zozola.
